How to Defer Your Registration

The directions below explain how to defer your registration.

1. Log in to your Capstone Races account.

2. Click Your Events. 

1. Your registered events will appear.

1. Select View Registration for the event you would like to defer.

1. On the bottom-right of the page, click Registration Options.

1. Click on the up arrow on Registration Options and Select Defer Your Entry.

If you would like to defer your entry to next year’s event:

1. Complete the deferral process.

2. Pay the applicable deferral fee.

3. Click Defer Your Entry and Change to finalize your deferral. Please note: Deferring your registration does not automatically register you for next year’s race. When registration opens, you will receive an email invitation with instructions to claim your deferral and complete your registration for the event. You must complete this process to secure your spot.

   
   

If you would prefer to use your registration credit toward another Capstone Races event, do not complete the deferral form or pay the deferral fee.

Instead:

1. Email customer service at support@hakusports.com. A member of the customer service team will assist you with applying your credit toward another Capstone Races event.

2. When prompted to make a change to your registration, click Don’t Change.
