Ease your mind with Headspace - Headspace is a meditation app to help clear your mind. Its starter packs are free for you to give it a try. 

Stretch it out with Down Dog - This yoga app is very customizable for every individual. They also offer HIIT and Barre classes that are included in your subscription. 

Get additional help with Talkspace - Originally an online therapist app, you can also join their free therapist-led Facebook support groups or check out their Instagram stories that include helpful advice for certain situations. 

Enjoy a new show with Quibi - This brand new app is basically Netflix for mobile users. The app showcases a variety of shows with episodes lasting between 5-10 minutes long. A quick and easy escape when your mind is getting overwhelmed. We definitely recommend Chrissy’s Court!
