GOAL Foundation Extends Partnership with haku to Drive Experiences for the Greater Ogden Community

Written by Cody Beavers

With the pandemic continuing to shift the event landscape, many organizations have begun to envision what the endurance event industry might look like in the next few years.

The ability to offer superior customer service, transform insights into action, create unforgettable participant experiences, and foster engaged communities through loyalty-building initiatives will most likely be priorities for many race directors as they look into the future. To achieve these priorities, GOAL Foundation and their technology partner, haku, have extended their partnership.

“We’ve built great relationships with the haku team,” said GOAL Foundation’s Program & Event Services Manager, Abby Monroe. “The haku team takes partnerships seriously and always takes into account our needs.”

With a mission to inspire the Greater Ogden Community and its visitors to "Get Out And Live!", GOAL Foundation has been working with haku to create meaningful experiences for their participants through signature events, such as the Ogden Marathon, Winter Race Circuit, and El Doce.

“By partnering with a community-first organization like GOAL Foundation, our team is excited to offer new solutions that will drive engagement and personalize the experience for every participant,” said haku Founder and CEO Carlos Escobar.

Through haku's experienced customer support teams and state-of-the-art user interface, the GOAL Foundation is looking forward to surpassing their goals with a trusted technology partner by their side.

“The haku team is an extension of ours,” said Monroe. “Being a true partner in our eyes is someone that cares about our success as much as we do. Everyone we’ve worked with at haku fits that vision. We can reach out about anything, from best practices to industry standards, and they’re always eager to help.”

With an extended agreement in place, both partners are ready to maximize their efforts and create amazing experiences for the Greater Ogden Community. This summer, GOAL Foundation will be hosting summer camps to promote a healthy lifestyle and a love of the outdoors for children 8-18. To help ensure that every child receives adequate footwear, please check out GOAL Foundation’s charity initiative, the Shoe Give Back program.
