Introducing the Heroes Referral Program

Get your credit, or give it away

We would like to reward our Heroes who bring friends or family alongside them to run 26.2 miles as a Hero. Here are the details. 

For every new Hero who registers using your unique code, you will receive a $250 fundraising credit to your page. You can also gift it to the runner instead if you choose.

Your unique referral link gets generated after you register. You receive that unique link on the confirmation page. Copy that link and share it with whoever would like to sign up so you receive your $250 fundraising credit.

How to Find Your Referral Link 

To find your referral link at any time, you can login to your haku Participant Account. Once you have logged in, click on 'Your Events' in the main menu and navigate to the event you registered for (i.e Chicago Marathon). Click 'View Registration' and scroll to the bottom where it says 'Refer a Friend!' 

Copy the Referral Link and share it with your friends and family! They MUST register using this link to receive to the $250 referral credit.  

Not only will you have a buddy to go on this journey with, but you'll put yourself closer to your minimum and to the great incentives we offer every year to those who exceed that number.
