2026 Is Your Year to Run with All Your Heart with SDTC's Rockin' 'n' Runnin' Program

Wherever you run, run with all your heartAre you ready to run with heart? San Diego Track Club is thrilled to announce the theme for next year's Rockin' n' Running Program: "Wherever you run, run with all your heart." Registration for this popular training program opens on October 1st.

This 22-week marathon and half-marathon training program will kick off in January 2026 and inspire you to find your "why"—the passion and purpose behind every step. Whether you're a first-time runner or a seasoned veteran chasing a new personal record, our supportive community will help you put your heart and sole into training and crossing the finish line in 2026.

What does it mean to run with heart?

  • Dedication and discipline: It's the commitment to show up for every Tuesday track workout and every Saturday long run, even when it's tough. It's about respecting the process and your own growth.
  • Passion and purpose: It's training for a cause, for a personal goal, or simply for the joy of running. It's the fire inside that keeps you moving forward, mile after mile.
  • Community and camaraderie: It's the encouraging high-fives from your pace group, the unwavering support from your coaches, and the shared celebrations with your fellow runners. This is the heart of the SDTC.
  • Gratitude and resilience: It's the humility to accept bad days and the strength to bounce back. It's feeling grateful for the ability to run and finding inspiration in every challenge you overcome.
