Join SDTC for the Dirt Dogs Cross Country Series
It’s not too late to get off the pavement and onto the trails with and the Dirt Dog XC Series! We've had a great season so far, but there's still plenty of time to join the fun. SDTC will host two more fun and low-cost races this fall.

Ursula Rains Balboa Boogie 5K
Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 27, for the fourth race in the series, the Ursula Rains Balboa Boogie 5K.
- Location: The race takes place on the challenging but beautiful course at Morley Field, a cross-country classic.
- All ages welcome: We have race start times for different age groups, including a Kids 1K, so the whole family can get in on the action.
- Registration: Register for the Balboa Boogie 5K (Just $25 for SDTC members)
- Last-minute sign-ups: Online registration closes at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26, but day-of registration will also be available for you spontaneous runners.
Carrera de los Muertos 4 Miler
Next, join us for a festive atmosphere at the Carrera de los Muertos 4 Miler on Saturday, October 25.
- Location: The trail run at North Chollas Community Park offers a fresh challenge and a beautiful change of scenery.
- Registration: Register for the Carrera de los Muertos 4 Miler (Just $25 for SDTC members)
- Secure your spot: Online registration is open until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22. If you miss that deadline, you can still register on race day.
