SDTC Metro - Fall 2025 Tuesday Workout Details

From fall until early June, we meet at the track on Tuesday evenings for our weekly coached workouts.

*Due to high school sports games, some weeks will be at alternate locations. Please check the website, Strava, or email to confirm weekly locations.*


Time: Tuesdays @ 6 PM
Location: Logan Memorial Educational Campus Track

September


September 9
Location: Logan Memorial Educational Campus
Workout: 10 x 400’s with calisthenics between each interval.


September 16
Location: Logan Memorial Educational Campus
Workout: 4 x 400 at 5K pace with 2 minutes recovery; Stride Run whereby you run 100 meters pick up and 100 meters jog for 2 miles and then 4 x 400 at 5K pace with 2 minutes recovery. 


September 23
Location: *Liberty Station [End of Womble Rd.]*
Workout: 8 x 400’s with 1 minute recovery between each interval. 


September 30
Location: *Liberty Station [End of Womble Rd.]*
Workout: 20 x 200’s with 30 seconds recovery between each interval.

October

October 7

Location: Logan Memorial Educational Campus

Workout: 10 x 400 at 5K pace with 2 minute recovery.


October 14

Location: *SDSU Mission Valley River Park [Snapdragon Stadium]*

Workout: 10 x 400’s with calisthenics between each interval.


October 21

Location: *SDSU Mission Valley River Park [Snapdragon Stadium]*

Workout: 20 x 200’s at 5K pace with 2 minute recovery between each interval. 


October 28

Location: Logan Memorial Educational Campus

Workout: Gerry Lindgren Run for 3 miles.


November

November 4

Location: Logan Memorial Educational Campus

Workout: 10 x 400's whereby two people partner up and alternate running a 400 and the recovery is the amount of time the
partner takes to run a 400. 


November 11

Location: Logan Memorial Educational Campus

Workout: 5 x 800/300 at 5K pace with 100 jog between the 800 and 300 and 400 jog between sets.


November 18

Location: Logan Memorial Educational Campus

Workout: 34th Annual San Diego Track Club Turkey Trot 

& 8 x 100 strides (Workout begins at 6:15pm). 


November 25

Location: Logan Memorial Educational Campus

Workout: Fitness Circuit - 10 x 400's with calisthenics between each interval. 


December

December 2

Location: Logan Memorial Educational Campus

Workout: (3) Man Relay: 3 person teams running 200 meters each and every member of that three-man team running (12) 200's. 


December 9

Location: Logan Memorial Educational Campus

Workout: 8 X 400's where a team of people begin each 400 together running in each lane of the track. 2-minute recovery between each interval. 


December 16

Location: Logan Memorial Educational Campus

Workout: Gerry Lindgren Run for 3 miles.


We'll take a two week break for the holidays and head back to the track in January 2026.
