SDTC Metro - Spring Workout Details

From fall until early June, we meet at the track on Tuesday evenings for our weekly coached workouts.

*Due to school sports games, some weeks will be at alternate locations. Please check the website, Strava, or email to confirm weekly locations.*

Shoe Demo: New Balance demo of their FuelCell Rebels and Super Comps + the Balboa Park 8 Miler Crew will be at the track!

All Groups: 8 x 800 w/ 400 recovery jog between sets

All Groups pyramid run: 1min/2min/3min/4min/5min/4min/3min/2min/1min on/off

A: 8 x 800 w/ 400 recovery jog between sets

B: 7 x 800 w/ 400 recovery jog between sets

All Groups: 8 x 400s w/ calisthenics between intervals
