SDTC Metro - Summer Workout Details

From June until early fall, we meet at Balboa Park on Tuesday evenings for our weekly coached workouts.

Time: Tuesdays @ 6:15 PM
Location: Balboa Park West Mesa - Near 6th and Olive Street

Parking: Paid Parking on Balboa Dr ends at 6 PM! (6th Ave Parking is in effect until 8 PM)

8 x 400’s (2:00 rest)

June 9

Tempo Run: 20 min at a pace 20 seconds faster than full and/or half marathon pace. (28th Rock N Roll Post Event Sharing)

June 16

3 x 1 mile within a 10-minutes including your recovery between intervals. You choose how to split it up; however, both your mile run interval and recovery must be completed by the 10-minute mark before you begin your next mile repeat.
