From fall until early June, we meet at the track on Tuesday evenings for our weekly coached workouts.

B: 4 x 5 min @ threshold pace w/ 30 second between sets

A: 5 x 800 @ 10k pace w/ 3 min recovery
B: 2 x 15 min @ threshold pace w/ 3 min rest
C: 2 x 15 min @ threshold pace w/ 3 min rest
A: 4 x 1 mile @ 10 sec/mile faster than marathon pace w/ 400 jog recovery
B: 2 x 20 min @ threshold pace w/ 5 min jog recovery
