SDTC Metro - Winter 2026 Tuesday Workout Details
From fall until early June, we meet at the track on Tuesday evenings for our weekly coached workouts.
*Due to high school sports games, some weeks will be at alternate locations. Please check the website, Strava, or email to confirm weekly locations.*

FebruaryStarting on 2/24 SDTC Metro Workouts will move to San Diego State UniversityA: 5 x 800 w/ 2 min recovery + 5 x 300 w/ 1 min recovery
B: 3 x 12 min @ threshold pace w/ 2 min easy between sets
C: 3 x 12 min @ threshold pace w/ 2 min easy between sets
All Groups: Gerry Lindgren Run for 3 miles
All groups: 3 x 1 mile in 10 minutes (remaining time = recovery)
A: 6 x 800 w/ 400 recovery jog between sets
B: 5 x 800 w/ 400 recovery jog between sets
C: 4 x 800 w/ 400 recovery jog between sets
A: 7 x 800 w/ 400 recovery jog between sets
B: 6 x 800 w/ 400 recovery jog between sets
C: 5 x 800 w/ 400 recovery jog between sets
