How to Make Changes to Your Volunteer Assignment(s)

How do I make a change to my Volunteer Assignment?

To make a Volunteer change (cancel, switch or change shift):

1. Log in to your account here: https://manage.hakuapp.com/login/sbt-grvl

   • Select the Your Events tab

2. On your Volunteer Sign up click the View Registration on the right

3. Click the drop down arrow on your registration information

4. At the bottom right-hand side, select Registration Options, then Switch Assignments or Cancel Registration.

   • To switch your Shift go to Your Registration on the Top left and then select an open shift. Please note: if all the shifts are filled you will not be able to change to a full shift.

5. Follow the prompt to complete your volunteer change!

6. The deadline to make a change to your volunteer assignment is June 15, 2027.
